Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking or enquiry with Coco's Stanmore. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
About Coco's Stanmore
Coco's Stanmore is a premium kosher-friendly event venue located at 25–29 Church Road, Stanmore, HA7 4AR, London. We specialise in Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
Making a Booking
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Coco's Stanmore in writing.
- A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit.
- The client named on the booking form is responsible for all aspects of the event and the conduct of all guests.
- Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent from Coco's Stanmore.
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 28 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments may be made by bank transfer or such other methods as agreed with Coco's Stanmore.
- All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 90 days before the event: deposit is forfeited; no further charges apply.
- 60–90 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee is payable.
- Less than 60 days before the event: 100% of the total booking fee is payable.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to info@cocosstanmore.com.
- Coco's Stanmore reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
Catering & Kosher Requirements
- Coco's Stanmore is a kosher-friendly venue. External catering is permitted subject to prior approval.
- All external caterers must provide valid kosher certification where required and comply with our venue guidelines.
- The client is responsible for ensuring their caterer meets all health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Kitchen access is available for approved caterers. Any damage caused by external caterers is the client's responsibility.
Venue Use & Guest Conduct
- The client is responsible for the behaviour of all guests throughout the event.
- Coco's Stanmore reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
- No illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
- The client must ensure the venue is vacated by the agreed end time. Additional charges may apply for overtime.
- Decorations must be approved in advance. Nothing may be affixed to walls, ceilings or fixtures without prior consent.
Liability & Damage
- Coco's Stanmore accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
- The client is liable for any damage caused to the venue, its fixtures, fittings or equipment by guests or suppliers.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Force Majeure
Coco's Stanmore shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, government restrictions, fire, flood or civil unrest. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to offer an alternative date or a fair resolution.
Data & Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both of which form part of our legal framework and comply with UK GDPR.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
